Our Cornish Pasties

We take great pride in the quality of our products and, here, we offer you brief descriptions of each of our pasties, even though we know that mere words will never match the experience of eating them.

Traditional Steak Pasty

One of our biggest sellers, the Traditional Steak Pasty, or ‘Traditional’, is a wonderland of taste. The potato, onion and swede are freshly prepared. A generous helping of chuck steak is then added to the mix and the whole mix is seasoned. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Cheese & Onion Pasty

A real big favourite with our vegetarian customers is our delicious Cheese & Onion Pasty. Freshly grated mature cheddar cheese, onion and potato are expertly mixed together to create a richer, mouth watering filling. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Steak & Stilton Pasty

Hot on the heels of the ‘Traditional’ is our ever popular Beef & Stilton Pasty. Prime beef, swede and onion are supremely blended together with our creamy stilton sauce, made from the highest quality mature stilton cheese. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Spicy Chicken Pasty

A fantastic blend of tastebud tingling ingredients combine here to create a pleasant, tangy taste. Fresh yoghurt, sultanas, lime pickle, mixed spices and mango chutney are mixed together and then joined with fresh diced breast of chicken. This very popular pasty is wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Steak & Ale Pasty

Massively popular is our gorgeous Steak & Ale Pasty. This pasty is a true work of art. The steak is marinated in traditional local ale for at least 24 hours, ensuring the full flavour of the ale thoroughly penetrates the succulent meat. The vegetables are mixed with ale and a special seasoning made only for this particular pasty. This extremely poplular variation to the ‘Traditional’ is wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Lamb & Mint Pasty

Mouth-watering from start to finish. Freshly diced lamb is marinated in a tasty mint sauce before being added to a potato. swede and onion mixture. The vegetables are also treated with our special mint seasoning. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Ham, Leek & Cheese Pasty

Another tasty favourite with our customers. A delicate mixture of carefully selected diced ham, leek, potato, mixed peppers and onions are blended together with our special seasoning and a creamy mature cheddar cheese sauce. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.

Vegetable Pasty

Another favourite with our vegetarian customers. A delicate mixture of carefully selected swede, onion, fresh potato, sweetcorn, peas, carrots and mixed peppers are blended together with our special seasoning. Wrapped in succulent flaky pastry and hand crimped, as with all our pasties, and then freshly baked on site.
